“If we look to the history of other nations, ancient or modern, we find no example of a growth so rapid, so gigantic, of a people so prosperous and happy.” – James Monroe
Our goal is to provide a connection with the traditional American principles that have served our communities and our nation well. American “values” have made the United States the most desirable place to live to pursue “Life, Liberty, and Happiness,” for ourselves, our families, our children. Let’s strengthen our resolve to stand together as ‘one nation’.
What is a Conservative? Conservatives support the U.S. Constitution and the founding principles stated in the Declaration of Independence. However, the meaning of conservative has been so twisted and maligned by the Left as to be hardly recognizable. Conservatives are also careful with spending, thus are fiscally conservative.
Are conservatives right-wing? The Left places conservatives on the right in the Left-Right paradigm, with Nazism/Fascism on the far right. However, Nazism is a nationalistic form of socialism (Nazi stands for National Socialist German Workers Party). Socialism is the first stage of communism, as Lenin and other communists have said.
Nothing could be further from fascism than our constitutional republic, which is designed to ensure the inherent rights of the individual and limit the power of government.
Fascism, socialism, communism, globalism, and all forms of totalitarian state control are inherently leftist. Although the Soviet Union and the Nazi regime fought each other in World War II, rival drug gangs also fight each other. That doesn’t make them opposite in nature.
Words are used as weapons. According to Trevor Loudon, Conservative has become almost synonymous with fascist in modern America. Once it meant to “conserve” the Constitution, American values, and the American way of life.
Read Loudon’s article to find out what words he suggests for more precise meaning:
